Another image trying out the Orton Effect. I tried to use a long shutter speed on this one, but given that I had no tripod with me, it was difficult to say the least! I'm quite pleased with how the colours of this one have turned out; but yet another place on my long list of "must revisits"!
Curiously, the RAW to JPEG conversion lost a signifcant amount of the colour detail. Whyyyyy and how do I stop this?! I tried uploading as a .tiff (which seems a bit better on my computer) but it's not displaying correctly on DA still.

I faced color problems when I started to use another RAW convertor. Did you check if you use sRGB color space when converting to JPEG? DA uses sRGB but some convertors use AdobeRGB as default, which may cause a color shift.
